Role Summary

We are looking for interns to join us throughout the year - as a Bowtie intern, you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties), and gain experience in substantive marketing or growth projects.

About the Role

You will be working closely with us to gain some hands-on experience and deliver some projects/campaigns to pave way for your career in applying data in driving marketing and business decisions. Embrace challenges and like to getting their hands dirty in day-to-day duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to track, collect, organize and document Data analytics related requirements; and communicate them with the marketing team to deliver value.
• Handle multiple sources of data including those from advertising platforms, tracking and analytics tools and also backend data to find out insights for ad performance optimization, channel mix efficiency, price sensitivity and at the end how to make the best use of the marketing budget to maximize the ROI.
• Analyze the customer behavior throughout the customer journey and marketing funnel to identify the drop out and propose the solutions to improve the conversion rate.
• Visualize the data or performance trend by building dashboards on Looker Studio, Google Sheet or Excel for daily or routine monitoring.

Internship Duration:

Full-time: 3-6 months

Part-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 months

About you

• Major in Data Science or Statistics or Mathematics
• Data-driven and quantitative skills
• Analytical mind with good business sense
• Capable of critical thinking and creative problem-solving
• Ability to communicate/present complex ideas effectively & efficiently
• Excel proficiency required (Pivot Table, Lookup, and other critical functions for data cleaning and analysis); BI tool experience is strongly preferred
• Coding skills preferred: Python, SQL, etc.
