Group Medical / Employee Benefit, Distribution Channel Development
This is a new role created to support our new group medical business line. You may be seconded and/or participating in projects involving external parties.

Primary Responsibilities & Objectives
- Support and work closely with our distribution channel partner to achieve and exceed sales targets:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Provide ongoing training and support to distribution partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Ensure our partners are well-informed about product offerings and updates.
- Deliver Outstanding Client Service:
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to our distribution partners and clients, prioritising their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Product:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of group medical and employee benefit products.
- Gather and analyze feedback to continually improve our service offerings
- Explore industry trend and market intelligence; create market attention and promote the market proposition for business opportunities
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align business strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow between departments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance or employee benefits industry and 2+ years of experiences in relationship management
- IIQE paper 1, 3
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of group medical and employee benefits products and market dynamics.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Traditional).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in sales or insurance.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
