Senior Officer, Customer Service (Claims-focused) (5 days work week, weekend shift)

About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration. On a daily basis, you will focus on:
- answering customers' inquiry about claims (in-patient and out-patient, including, pre-admission, pre-approval, and claims follow-up) through phone calls and live chat.
- keep a proper and accurate record of customer cases and preparation of management reports
- support / resolve compliant cases
- regular knowledge sharing with other teams
- support other ad hoc projects
You will also have the opportunity to pick up basic claims case assessments.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Customer satisfaction score
- Quality of responses to customers' requests
- Efficiency
Shift arrangement
- You will be working 5 days per week, at least 1 day during the weekend.

About you
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role; candidates with more experience in claims case inquiry will be highly desirable.
- HKCEE/DSE or above
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Pleasant, mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
- IIQE licenses
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial industry
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
Candidates with fewer experiences (min. 1.5 years of experience) will be considered for an officer role.
