About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration to ensure that all our HR operations across different sites are carried on smoothly and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
You will be instrumental to the smooth operations of the whole company and our success by planning, executing and /or overseeing a variety of HR matters, policies & initiatives, including but not limited to
- Provide end-to-end Human Resources services including compensation and benefits, performance management, staff movement and staff engagement activities
- Work closely with the global team to provide necessary compensation and benefits-related advice and onboarding
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose HR improvement plans
- Handle employee feedback and comments, performance improvement plans, terminations, and other labor-related issues
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Work closely with senior management to make sure that the company is running and led in a productive manner and that employee's welfare is well taken care of
- Explore technology, systems, and tools to streamline HR operations
- Handle ad hoc requests and people issues as the occasion arises
About you

- You are a self-driven people person! You enjoy being the enabler that makes a positive impact in your colleagues' life and working in a team to achieve business objectives
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HR professional (preferably with explosure as generalist or HRBP)
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Solid understanding of organization structure and how different business functions and units work together
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and to stay hands-on!
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English are required
- Ability to influence across all employee levels and lead cross-functional teams, and be creative in driving programs
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards - you will be in control and process a lot of confidential information or sensitive data
- Candidate with experience in setting up HR systems will be advantageous
