Group RevOps Manager / Assistant Manager (Renewal business focused)
Role Summary

About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration team to contribute to our long-term B2B business growth by driving the successful renewal of a significant portion of our group medical business.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:

Renewal Management:
- Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for assigned group medical accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals.
- Analyze renewal data, identify trends, and develop strategic renewal plans to maximize retention and profitability.
- Negotiate renewal terms with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the renewal of accounts previously handled by other teammates.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Strategic Planning & Analysis:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of renewal strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on renewal performance and key metrics.
- Work with actuarial and underwriting teams to optimize renewal pricing.

Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and resolve renewal-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions of new business, and renewals.

Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the renewal process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Sales performance reporting:
- Create regular reports on the B2B business performance of different channels.
The success of this role will be measured by:
- Business renewal rate
- Career growth of direct reports
About you
You are a team-player who walk the talk, with an interest to improve things, think and act like businss owner, and have high integrity, and:
- 5+ years of experience in an account management role in the employee benefit industry
- Solid knowledge in insurance and passed IIQE paper 1 and 3
- Prior experience with established brokers and/or insurers
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese
- Prior team management experience is an advantage
