Role Summary
We are looking for an Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. If you are organized, reliable, and eager to support a dynamic team, this role is a great opportunity to grow with us!
Key Responsibilities

• Courier Services & Cheque Handling: Perform outdoor tasks, including daily document delivery between locations and timely, secure cheque processing.
• Mailroom and Document Management: Manage incoming & outgoing mail and company documents, including sorting, distribution, and binding. Organize and maintain both physical and digital documents, ensuring accurate filing for easy access and retrieval.
• General Office Administration & Procurement: Support daily office operations, such as ordering supplies & equipment and maintaining a tidy workplace.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Administration team.
Requirements for Success
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
