About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced organization that promotes cross-functional collaboration and taking a dynamic role driving significant gains in operational efficiency and user productivity across the organization through the strategic application of automation, process optimization, and the development of internal tools.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
You will take ownership of the full lifecycle of productivity projects, from initial research and prototyping to development, integration, and ongoing maintenance. This includes leveraging various tools and technologies to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, improve data quality, and provide valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.
Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows:
- Process Analysis and Automation: Analyze existing workflows across different business units to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Develop and implement automated solutions using various tools and technologies to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. Research and propose potential automation solutions, including creating prototypes and documenting specifications.
- Tool Development and Maintenance: Build and maintain custom tools and workflows to address specific business requirements, ensuring their ongoing functionality and making necessary updates based on user feedback and evolving needs.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement data validation and quality assurance measures within automated processes. Conduct testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of developed solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and impact to stakeholders. Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
- Contribution to SOP and other communication that make sure that operations are seamless and tools will be properly adopted.
Your 1st 6 months:
You will focus on driving a lot of the in-clinic optimization work of our joint venture clinic, including setting up and/or developing tools, ensuring clinic systems can support new products, migration work, and future integrations with the Bowtie platform.
About you
You have a strong operational mindset, can communicate well with operational staff, and can prioritize relentlessly, in particular:
- Has a good eye for process gaps and how to fix them
- Able to independently come up with solutions or quick tools and work with the on-ground clinic team to “troubleshoot”
- Experience in incorporating AI tools to optimize project delivery.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Proficient in utilizing diverse technical tools and platforms (incl. but not limited to Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Metabase, Google App Script).
- Experience with data management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- 3+ years of proven track record in a relevant role.
