Role Summary
Bowtie’s mission is to make insurance good again and build a category-defining health insurance company. This role is based within Bowtie’s health service arm.
You will be driving growth for our clinic services (body checks, vaccinations, cancer screenings, and more), working closely with our healthcare and clinic teams.
We are seeking a hands-on, execution-driven Health Service Marketing Manager (Execution & Customer Journey Focus) to take full ownership of mapping, integrating, and optimizing our customer journey—from digital ads and booking systems to CRM and post-visit engagement. In this role, you will drive measurable growth in bookings and revenue by leading campaign execution, streamlining workflows, and making every customer touchpoint seamless and conversion-optimized.
About the Role
Reporting to the Health Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives that connect digital marketing, clinic systems (Plato), and CRM platforms (WhatsApp/Sleekflow, etc.). Your mission is to ensure every step of the customer journey is smooth, trackable, and delights our customers while delivering business results. This role is focused on health service bookings and clinic experiences, not insurance product sales.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Own and optimize the customer journey: Map, define, and continually improve the end-to-end experience from first touch to post-visit engagement, delivering regular journey audits and process improvements.
- Integrate systems: Operationalize and integrate marketing and CRM tools (Plato, WhatsApp, EDM, Meta/Google Ads, Sleekflow) for seamless data flow and campaign tracking.
- Campaign execution: Plan, launch, monitor, and report on all digital, social, and CRM campaigns, driving new end-to-end initiatives from concept to results.
- Drive conversion: Increase inquiry-to-booking conversion rates through journey fixes, reminders, and system improvements.
- Upsell & retention: Design and execute upsell and repeat booking campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value and engagement.
- Voucher redemption: Execute and improve voucher redemption campaigns, increasing redemption rates through better operations and communications.
- Performance tracking: Build dashboards and track key conversion metrics across all channels and touchpoints.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of marketing initiatives.
About you
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Public Health, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or growth roles, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in end-to-end campaign management and marketing automation.
- Experience in mapping and optimizing user journeys (online & offline).
- Strong data skills: campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable for business outcomes.
- Proactive, customer-obsessed, and a collaborative team player.
- Bilingual Fluency in Cantonese and English.
