About the Role

You will be working in a supportive and growing team to make sure that our clients are onboarded in a compliant and timely manner:

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Handle policy administration in the onboarding process and policy renewal process such as data entry, member movement, issue endorsements
• Handle inquiries with different parties, including internal departments and distribution channels
• Handle premium collection process including follow up of outstanding premium
• Conduct regular reports and participate in UAT and system enhancement
• Handle other administrative works as assigned
• Handle ad hoc work as necessary

You will also be involved in cross-team collaboration and be contributing directly to our internal system and process design and improvements!

About you

You are a detail-oriented and patient person with:

• At least 1.5 years of relevant work experience in policy admin within the insurance industry (fresh university/college graduate will also be considered)
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, English, and Chinese word processing
• Good Knowledgeable experience with insurance policies and procedures
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (Read/Write)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure

And, the following qualifications are preferred but not essential

• Experience in UAT 
• Prior experience in customer-facing role
• Prior project experience
