About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Partnership Intern to join our team at Bowtie. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the growth of our affiliate and B2B2C partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will contribute to the development and execution of partnership strategies that drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Marketing

- Assist in initiating and executing marketing campaigns for partnership activities.
- Craft marketing materials and prepare presentation decks for partnership pitches.
- Collaborate with teams on co-branding initiatives and joint campaigns with partners.

2. Data Analysis

- Support in evaluating campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare performance reports, identify key insights, and suggest data-driven improvements for future campaigns.

3. Industry Research

- Conduct in-depth industry research to gather insights, track recent trends, and explore the partnership ecosystem.
- Provide detailed research reports that offer strategic insights for partnership opportunities.

Skills and Competencies

- A fast learner with the ability to craft compelling stories.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Organised and efficient at managing multiple tasks.
- Confident and willing to express ideas and opinions.
- Proficiency in Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau) is a plus.

Internship Duration:

Full-time: 3-6 months

Part-time: 3+ days per week, 3-6 months

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications
• Exceptional communication skills, with bilingual fluency in Chinese (Cantonese) and English
• Highly proactive and able to work independently while excelling in team collaboration
• Strong analytical capabilities with a solid grasp of commercial strategies
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
