Role Overview – Graduate Training Programme in Insurance Operations

Bowtie is searching for energetic, driven, and purpose-led graduates to join our fast-growing team as a Graduation Trainee in Insurance Operations. You will play a key role in our customer-centric organisation, gaining hands-on experience across the insurance operations process, and contributing to our mission to bring “good” back to insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Through our 24/35-month rotation program, you will gain hands-on experience across core insurance operation functions, including Customer Support, Policy Servicing, Underwriting, and Claims. You will gain authority in these respective areas, participate in special projects, and hands-on implementing automation / process enhancement project.

The Rotation:

• Rotation 1: Product Specialist
• Rotation 2: Policy Servicing
• Rotation 3: Underwriting
• Rotation 4: Claims
• Rotation 5 (Optional): Product Proposition

At the end of the program, you will continue your career as a Senior Officer within our operations department.

What We Look For:

• Fresh graduate or recent graduate from any discipline (bachelor’s degree required)
• Strong commitment to building a career in insurance, financial services, or health-tech
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese mandatory; Mandarin advantageous)
• Passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience and a genuine desire to help others
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a growth mindset
• Empathetic and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Preferred but Not Essential

• Prior internship or work experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service environment
• Academic background in business, finance, healthcare, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Hong Kong insurance regulations or IIQE accreditation
