About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Product Designer with a great eye for visual design to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shipping innovative and user-centred digital experiences, primarily focusing on customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to define and execute design strategies that drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with Brand and Marketing stakeholders to understand user requirements, business goals, and competitive landscape.

• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to prioritise opportunities that are optimise our website user experience.

• Translate user insights into exceptional visual designs that align with brand identity and appeal to our target market.

• Leverage Design Systems in your day-to-day work. Optimise experience consistency and development efficiency.

• Conduct usability Create prototypes, run experiment to get further insights through usability test.

• Constantly stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of digital sales channels.

• Communicate effectively with group and stakeholders to influence their thinking and decisions

Roughly, the composition of your task will be as follows

• 60% Project shaping, hands-on UI/UX design and shipping projects.

• 30% Design BAU such as Webflow update and bug fixing

• 10% Mentor and provide guidance to other designers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment.

About you 

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver successful digital experiences.

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends related to digital sales channels, including user behaviour, emerging platforms, and technologies.

• Proficient in Webflow and Figma in building responsive website and landing pages.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS coding is highly preferred but not a must.
